Pascal Bertholet is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a master’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Liège. He is also a certified Qualified Person by the Belgian Health Agency.

With over two decades of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and quality systems, Pascal has held leadership roles across multiple organizations, including COO at UNID Manufacturing and Plant Manager at Odyssea Pharma. He has successfully led large-scale GMP facility projects, developed and scaled production lines for intraocular and hormonal implants, and driven strategic transformations to align with evolving business models.

Currently serving as a QA Consultant at Medicines360, Pascal provides expert guidance on technology transfer, quality systems, and development projects. His passion for advancing women’s health and his commitment to operational excellence make him a valuable contributor to M360’s mission.
