Autumn Ehnow

Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs

As Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Autumn leads corporate engagement activities to bridge the gaps in innovation and access for women’s health products. She was part of the original founding team at Medicines360 in 2009.  As the original program leader for the organization’s first product, the hormonal IUD, Autumn drew on her 15 years of experience bringing new drugs to market to assemble a team and launch the product development plan. Since then, she has dedicated her career to making innovative drugs, devices and combination products more affordable and accessible for women.

Autumn began her journey in drug development in 1999, having worked on both small and large molecule products that resulted in over 10 new approved products. But her passion was realized in the access programs that she has been a part of, beginning with the Institute for OneWorld Health in 2006 and continuing through her work at Medicines360. Having had juvenile rheumatoid arthritis as a child, she directly experienced the barriers to access to the best medical products, which were unaffordable and out of reach. She pulls from her own experiences to help forge new paths to access for all.

In her personal time, Autumn and her husband foster dogs for the local humane society, she volunteers on her local Federally Qualified Health Clinic board of directors, and she supports her local fire and ambulance volunteers.
