Medicines360 operates in a highly regulated industry and must adhere to certain laws and regulations. Therefore, all comments submitted to our page are monitored and reviewed. If you post to or engage with one of our social media channels, you are agreeing to abide by these Community Guidelines:
Be Respectful
We are committed to facilitating a positive community and welcome your comments. We recognize that members of our community may have differing perspectives. Please share your viewpoint in a way that is constructive, relevant, respectful and in accordance with FDA guidelines.
The following are some of the reasons why we might need to remove your comment:
- Includes a Product Reference: Posts that mention a specific brand or pharmaceutical company may be removed, whether the mention is positive or negative to ensure compliance with regulations that govern our industry, like fair balance, as well as protect against misinformation, off-topic subjects and copyright or trademark infringement.
- Mentions a Possible Side Effect: Comments referencing potential side effects (or adverse events) will be removed, and we may be required to contact you for more information due to regulatory requirements concerning safety reporting. If you would like to report an adverse event or possible side effect with a Medicines360 product, please call 1.800.678.1605 ext. 1 or email IR-Pharmacovigilance@allergan.com, or contact the FDA directly at www.fda.gov/medwatch or 1.800.FDA.1088.
- Contains Medical Advice: Posts that could be perceived as constituting medical advice will be removed. As always, we recommend consulting with your physician or a qualified healthcare professional on any medical questions or conditions.
- Uses Profanity, Vulgarity and/or Considered Spam: Posts that contain discriminatory or derogatory comments, profanity or personal attacks will be removed. Spam or promotion of other services and products, including links to other sites, will also be removed. Comments must clearly relate to a Medicines360 post or discussion topic.
We may also encounter a situation, not outlined above, which will require us to remove your comment. Medicines360 reserves the right to delete any posting. If you feel that we’ve been unfair in removing your comment, please reach out to us to discuss it.
Comments posted by users on our channels do not necessarily reflect the views of Medicines360. Similarly, from time to time, we may link to a non-Medicines360 website or social media account that we think you might find helpful. Please keep in mind that this is not necessarily an endorsement of that property or parent organization.
We’re committed to responding to your questions in a timely manner. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM (PST). If a message is sent or a comment is made outside of regular business hours, or on weekends or holidays, we will respond when business resumes. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911.
